Can You Do Legs Two Days In A Row
In fact thats best for optimal gains.
Can you do legs two days in a row. Optimizing your training frequency for all body parts. In my experience this is not a good option. Some people believe that you should train frequently often two or more days in a row to make the best gains while others prefer a more conservative approach resting for at least a day between sessions.
That doesnt mean I dont train legs at all between sessions they often get a. Beginners will likely feel the effects of a workout the next day including soreness or aching in the muscles so its better to build up your strength first. You want the lowest setting that works not the highest you can stand.
Its ok but you may not be able to hit everything hard 2 days in a row. Not sure how much more man up you want me to be. Doing essentially two leg days in a row will result in overtraining leading to even more time out of the gym as your overtaxed leg muscles slowly recover.
If you really want to grow you need to train legs at least twice a week. By the same token if youre focused more on building muscle mass and you have a lagging muscle group train it two days in a row. After the leg day its a good idea to take a rest day and recover from the workouts.
And why leg day sucks so bad. It is safe to work out the same muscle two days in a row provided you work up to it and dont expect high performance on the second day. Other body parts are split.
The muscles were still worked and despite the lack of soreness they need to rest. All training advice Ive read says not to do this and even if you arent feeling sore I dont think its a good idea. If you can get a good three-pass shave with the adjustable set at 3 then thats the setting you should use.
